Need details on COBIT Foundation exam

Hi,

Could someone please let me know all about COBIT Foundation exam -
- pre requisites (education, experinence, who can take it)
- level of difficulty
- Is training required (if yes, any place in bangalore where it is conducted)
- Average time required for preparation
- Fee for the exam
- How often is it conducted
- What next after the certification, how does it help in career development?

I would be grateful for all your replies on my queries.

I would need your suggestions if self-study would be enough or a classroom training is required to get through the exam.

I took the online course for the foundation exam

It was priced in US Dollars and it was much cheaper than a 3-5 day course in london

The exam has to be proctored by someone
