After answering John's questions, take a look at Microsoft Operations Framework (free docs to find at technet etc.). This will help you with mission statement, team and role description etc.

And after all that, you still can't find what you're looking for, have a look at the Si(x)th book.
Seriously, for me the word aligned has a very high meaning. How can you say that your processes are aligned with ITIL if you don't know what the mission statements are.
However, you can take a look at the ITIL Open Guide. It contains mission statements of each processes.
