A remote site has recently had its network upgraded. The users are now complaining of slow responses and have heard that this is due to problems with capacity. Who should they contact for assistance?

E- Answer your own exam question.

This forum is not here as a study buddy.

If you are self studying - please self study
If you are studying via a course.. contact your training provider

If the Training provider does not provide support, then you got what you paid for.

Hint on the Answer: Read the section on Incident Management

O course the real answer is: it depends.

Ken

Look at the original question

A sentance with multiple phrases doing a setup for a question which asks with 4 choices - exactly how it is on any ITIL Foundation exam - whether in a Self study book or on a self study course

what else could it be ?

ismaelhaider: What do you think the answer is ?

If you answer, I will tell you if you are right or wrong and why
