Hi All,

I am sitting the ITIL Intermediate CSI exam in 2 weeks time . I need your input what kind of questions will be asked etc and if anyone can point me in the direction of mock exams etc? I have a copy of the 2011 edition of ITIL CSI and was wondering which sections to concentrate on?

I sat the course 3 years ago but failed the exam and i'm now only doing the exam. The format and course notes have changed since then.

All help appreciated.

Regards,

GOC
