I hope I am not disturbing you for a trivial question - but I have not been able to find a simple answer on the web or via colleagues.
I am searching for a word... a word I hope is available in the ITIL-nomenclature.
Is there a single ITIL-word for "everyone in an organisation that supports, plan, maintain, govern, procure every IT service and process for the end user to have a finished and working service".
"IT-diety"? Probably not. "IT service generator". I guess that there should be such a word in the big ITIL-universe - so if anyone know, please tell me.
Thank you in advance!
