Hi all,

I'm planning to give some very basic ITIL training to my colleagues (no the complete foundation), just a a few hours of traing with the basic principles.

Does anybody have this availble or know where I can get it (buy if needed).

Thanks,
Stefan

So you have no idea about ITIL and want to provide training to other people

Sigh

The basics are on Wikipedia - which is free.

If you are going to do this right - use that a a start

and find a Foundation study guide and purchase it to understand it a bit mor

Look for the official books - expensive - but well worth it

I'm new on this forum, but past my foundation and several intermediate courses already.

I'm looking for a powerpoint that is used for training purpose.
I could make one myself but prefer not to reinvent the wheel.

The problem is that any training company's training material is their intellectual property

So you wont find much free powerpoint

What you should do is engage a local - in Belguim - Training company to do any overview of ITIL and maybe arrange the company training department to work together

TANSTAAFL is the word

Google if you wish to know what it means

If you have time, you should do the course from any well-respected training center. I want to suggest you that you should do the course from Koenig Solutions because it is one of the best training centers in all over India.
