hi
As an Service provider whose core business is supporting the hardware(PC, Server, ATM,...) of 12 different banks and their branches, I would like to know if we can have the customers CI's in our CMDB? (the reason for this is that all of our Changes, Incidents, Requests and problems are about the CI's of the customer which they contact us for any support or incident or different kind of requests) Smile
