My change manager said when change exceeds change windows then I need to raise incident !!. Change request will go into query status as per ITIL. Is this true? , I am finding hard to find this info on internet. I have worked in few companys before and I never heard about this.
Example: If change is scheduled to be performed between 7 PM to 8 PM, actual change was completed at 10 PM successfully.
