Thank you for the reply.

For removing duplicate CI , we have aging mechanism in place however i am talking about topologies.

If there is any new addition in the topology and people bypass the cab approvals, how do we trace those unauthorised changes and update the topologies ?

Governance on service modeling

1) We have quarterly validations with owners as per the governance part. 2) Modeling in CMDB is partially updated and the topology is updated only we receive request from service owner ( approved change ) Can any one please let me know how we can create a proper governance to keep the models/topolog...
