Hi all I am looking for some advise and to confirm my understanding is correct if you don’t mind.
If you have a change window this covers implementation and rollback.
If there is an issue during the change window and a decision has to be made to roll back. The change.
Should this fall under an incident or am I right to say that the change window is to cover issue like this.
The above is with the exception that the rollback will not fall outside the change window.

From m=y experience it comes under the change. I would think that incident would only be involved if any resources which are not part of the change are required to help or the change has caused impact to service, which Incident need to resolve.
