Hi,

We (the IT dept where I work) have created a CSI register, which includes a Problem Statement and a goal. We also have a team / process owner task list.

What should define what is a task and what is a CSI Item?

I.e. should a CSI item be something that adds effectiveness, efficency or saves money (possibly requiring a Bisuness Case) with a problem statement and goal; and a task be defined as something that "Just needs done"?

Rgds,

GOC

A task is an action that may or may not have something to do with CSI

A CSI item has only something to do with CSI

duh!
