Hi

I need to do a presentation on this.

Can someone advise what’s is expected in ‘Managing' the transition from Help Desk to Service Desk ?

Yes,

Have you read any of the ITIL Books ?
or
Have you google'd the term Service Desk and Help Desk ?
or
Have you read any of the Guide books to taking the ITIL Foundation Exam
or
Have you google'd Incident management, Service Desk Function or the term ITIL

The information about the difference between Service Desk and Help Desk should be known to any one who is in IT Service Management or who has studied ITIL
