Incident Management on TEST environment

Hi all,
I m collecting information regarding how do you manage the Incident Priority for your TEST Env
In our company, we contact our Service Desk for incident in all Env (DEV, TEST, PROD)

We have a clear Priority Matrix for PROD applications

But for other Environment (DEV/PROD) we do not have clear rules

all your best practice are welcome!
