System Center Service Manager (SCSM) reviews

Hi guys,

I am interviewing for a new role where MS SCSM is going to be used.

I have used HPOV SD 4.5 and ITSM Remedy 7.0 before.

Has anyone used SCSM ? How does it fare as compared to above tools.
