If you’re looking for the most complete set of books for ITIL, then I recommend the 5 volume set from the source for ITIL. It has been updated for clarity, consistency, correctness and completeness.
Check out:
ITIL Lifecycle Suite, 2011 Edition (5 Volume Set) 2nd Edition

For a practitioner guide, the AXELOS guide is the best and now available on Kindle or in print:
ITIL® Practitioner Guidance

If you are interested in how DevOps and Agile can integrate then I recommend:
ITIL and the Information Lifecycle: Integrating agile, DevOps and ITSM

For a solid study guide for ITIL Foundation, check out these two:
ITIL Foundation Exam Study Guide
Passing your ITIL Foundation Exam (Best Management Practice)

And finally, if you are looking to just jump in with a quick guide for beginners, I highly recommend:
ITSM QuickStart Guide: The Simplified Beginner's Guide to IT Service Management (IT Service Management, ITIL, ITIL v3)
