Service Call Status Changes form Void to other Status

Please let me know how to change the status of Service ticket which is moved to Void status

The best way to update the status is to open the service ticket and edit the status field to "in progress".

Hi Mick,

I try even that i get a error message like this and i am using OVSD i am tring 10 to 20 times on the void tickets please help me mick.
Status field value is not allowed.

Current Status value of "Void",
allowable Status value is "Void".

Some tools won't allow to change the status once its set to Void/Closed with some other conditions. Please check your tool's functionality, reading help guide might help.
