Dear all,

Does any one has a SDP template. I have found a lot of over internet. But they seems to be very different. I just want to know what content should be included in a SDP.

Thanks. I'm quite new in ITIL. Generally speaking, would you please let me know what information should be include in a SDP? I don't have a lot of ideas about SDP
