We have ongoing scheduled maintenance in our data centers (two of them). When the maintenance is due in once DC, we advise all the impacted stakeholder to route to other DC. Even though repeated notifications and communications are sent out, we still see some of them hooked to the DC where maintenance is about to happen. This eventually delays and impacts our activities.
From a process perspective, are there any suggestions to avoid this happening? Better ways of communicating? Or any other advice?
