I am currently working in support and they are not inline with Itil on how to be organized on how to support various clients (small-medium-Large). They are using Olympic ranking
I have never heard of such from a help desk. This usually applies for Project managers or Account managers that interact with the clients and how they give /spend time with these clients. Can anyone provide information on how ITIL would structure the various clients?
