I have got a question related to state ownership in business processes.
Business processes consists of states and transitions.
For example we have state called "L2 Issue", and when task reaches that state we have several L2 admins that receive notification.
Primary owner of that state, state "L2 Issue" is admin who has accepted this task, secondary owners are all L2 admins.
If one L2 admin has accepted task, other L2 admins shoudn't have right to take over task from current L2 admin without his knowledge.
(secondary owner shouldn't be able to take over the task from primary owner without his knowledge).
Can u pls answer me if this is by Itil compliance?
Thx for answer!
