1) We have quarterly validations with owners as per the governance part.
2) Modeling in CMDB is partially updated and the topology is updated only we receive request from service owner ( approved change )
Can any one please let me know how we can create a proper governance to keep the models/topologies up to date ?

For removing duplicate CI , we have aging mechanism in place however i am talking about topologies.
If there is any new addition in the topology and people bypass the cab approvals, how do we trace those unauthorised changes and update the topologies ?
