Hi All,
Have anyone of you come across some sort of presentation or latest document explaining how ITIL processes are mapped to 7.2 scenarios? The below link is outdated and has little information on sap solution manager 7.2. The White Paper document is from 2013.

Also would like to know, as a release, 'Is 7.2 version certified for ITIL Processes ?' . Or 7.1 is the latest version to be certified and 7.2 is yet to be certified?
Regards,
Saanvi S

Second.
ITIL is not a certification program. As ITIL is best practice - ie. a set of advice to be followed and the fact that is what is best in Company A may not be the same way Company B does things.
However, the standards should be looking at the combination of ITIL, CoBIT and ISO20000
