Hello everybody
Why Lead Times
Why have lead times ?
Why not ?
If the work is to be scheduled for a future date and not implemented immediately, and the Change Board only meets 1 a week/month quarter, and the agenda is set oh so many days before the CAB meeting, the difference between the submitted date, the CAB agenda date, the CAB date, the approval date and the scheduled date would be considered ...
shrug......
lead time ?
If however, the work is immediately approved and implemented after the user has raised the request as part of a 'highly reactive' CM process.. then I guess there really is no need for lead time ... now is there
