Just joined today and happy to on board. My first query in the forum. I need some information from the experts here. I would like to learn on few extra skills related to change management, My present role is a process governance and does not deal with anything further. I mean to say we review changes and facilitate CAB meetings and take reports nothing apart. When i look at the present job market i dont see any openings similar to what i do at the moment, They ask for business change analyst or someone who has full knowledge in projects. Can someone help me in this. So i can start preparing. Identifying stake holders and stuff.
Would be nice if someone can share me a blue print so i can understand it easily.
