Needed your help in ITIL - ALM tool integration. We are trying to integrate Servicenow with MS TFS. We had a couple of questions that we needed to understand before going ahead with the project.
To comply with ITIL best practices – is it required that all development requests (Prod Support, Small Enhancements, project requests) go through a single system so there is one source of truth? If one source of truth is not required, how can they assure that no requests are lost in the process?
Any help regarding this would be helpful.
