ITIL V3 certifications never expire and V3 classes are available. The last date to take V3 exams is June 2020 so you will be sure to be able to find V3 classes until then. Options are live classroom, live online and self-paced. Look for a class with a solid trainer and good pass rates. Bottom line is you need to study to pass the exams and accredited courses guarantee that you are getting accurate information.
