In all seriousness Walid, just give your resume a try on our own. I understand you wanting to present yourself in the best light possible, but using big phony words just doesn't do it anymore. The best resume is the one written in a plane language, short sentences and to the point. It is the one that cites specific achievements and examples of your work. To the employer it would look like you are an honest person, who knows A, B and C and achieved X, Y, Z. I bet if I read your resume as it is now I wouldn't really get a feel for what you are capable of.

I am an ITIL process manager. I have been doing that for 6+ years
I know exactly what a company is looking for in a process manager role.
It is different for a manager role than a mid level technican role
I am TRYING - like the others to help you re-write your CV so that it will NOT be tossed in the trash as it does not SOUND right to the individuals that are reading it. - because that is what I have done in the past and currently as well . I am a contractor / consultant. I provide my potential customer / employer with my CV with the key points about my past roles
I dont use language like 'litany of certifications' or 'impressive track record' or 'possessing proficiency'
For one. it is the worst grammatically structured sentence that I have seen.
Since you asked for it, you get the last of both barrels
If I was in HR and I read your intro letter that accompanies your CV. I would laugh, show it to my co workers and bin your CV.
let me deconstruct what your intro says to a ITIL Process manager like me so you can see what is wrong
From a grammer point of view... what is the noun and the verb for these sentence. i see a group of phrases but no noun and verb that can be discerned easily
First the noun An IT professional
then the phrases
#1 with a litany of certifications
#2 an impressive track record of efficiently delivering projects,
#3 possessing proficiency in implementing change configuration release
management control model,
#4process re-engineering and delivering sophisticated technology solutions,
VERB ?
seeking a #5 techno-managerial position
#6 in a dynamic organization
#7 to apply accrued expertise
#8 in charting a mutually beneficial growth path
This paragraph sized sentence is fine for people like F Scott.. but if you want to get a job. Write simple sentences
Now for the interpretive dance - comments
#1 - you have a lot of certificates in IT (and maybe not in IT0which may or may not be useful for the role you are applying for . This sentence is not needed. Your CV should have an education section that lists your formal education and lists what certificates that you have
#2 - You have implemented projects within a planned deployment schedule. So you can handle time management
#3. First thought is HUH? Second thought is HUH? Then I see that you have worked in an environment where Change (comma), Configuration (comma) and Release management processes are used together. I LIKE THE CONCEPT but the grammar could be better. It says that you understand the ITIL concepts and have used them. at least 3 of them
#4 - HUH ? are you a technician or a manager type ? Do you rebuild the network or server or do you manage the team that does it ? And what is this phrase trying to say ? To me, it says... basically...
I WORK IN IT
#5 techno manager position ? are you going to be a DJ in Ibiza ? What does this mean Seriously ? I think you want to be an IT Manager. If so say it
#6 What about non dynamic organizations ? what about stable or boring organization ? How is it dynamic ....
seeks an IT management role
#7 I would hope you gain experience (accrue) and I hope you are capable of learning from your experience. This is also specious. Unless you are a complete brain dead person, you will learn and use that knowledge when you do things
#8 Are you trying to say I want to be paid for my work and hopefully the company will also increase profits by my action
So that is my synopsis / critique of your introduction paragraph.
I will tonight write what I think you should written
Please note: I am trying to help you . It may not seem that way... but I am
