Job Title: Training Development Liaison
Job Description:
Training development liaison will be supervising 4 staff (3 Trainers + 1 Sr. Trainer). Responsible for developing and documenting training requirements. Deliverable includes detailed training development plan and works internally with training department with SME's to ensure training requirements are met. Updates training content based on student feedback. Monitors overall training effectiveness and interacts with customer. Responsible for developing customized training content based on ITIL processes, procedures and tools. Responsible for SD Operations Manual development and publishing. Strong knowledge of ITIL required. Prefer ITIL V2 Service Manager with real-world implementation experience, instructor background with experience in developing / delivering customized training content.
Experience Requirements:
Requires 15-20 years experience. Previous experience in developing professional training curriculum, documenting training requirements and creating detailed training plans. ITIL V3 Foundation and a minimum of 4 - V3 intermediate credits required, ITIL V3 Expert Preferred.
