RESPONSIBILITIES
You’ll Knock the Socks Off of our customers as a “Trusted Advisor” as you perform the following. Your main focus will be to work on client engagements that involve IT process transformation. However, there are many other responsibilities you can take on which will help grow our company.
• Implementation and operation of ITSM transformation programs.
• Process, policy and workflow implementation and support.
• Build relationships with customers and assist in finding new project opportunities.

Individuals filling these critical roles will be instrumental in Plexent’s rapid growth by support recruiting initiatives, providing sales support and assisting in the ongoing development of Plexent’s itDNA®.
REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidates will have experience as a Systems Analyst or Process Analyst.
Specific experience operating at least one process areas within the ITIL framework.
Candidates must have a strong knowledge of large enterprise computing environments
Experience managing internal user requests and business unit requests regarding IT software and other tools.
Candidates must demonstrate impressive written and verbal communication skills
Experience in IT process automation is desirable
A four-year degree is preferred
CERTIFICATIONS
An ITIL Foundations Certification is highly desired
This position REQUIRES a Top Secret clearance with Full-Scope Poly

Compensation $75,000-$85,000 base plus 10-15% bonus.
