Job Description

1. ITSM assessment, process audits and gap analysis.
2. Training and workshop on ITIL V3.0
3. Process development and process engineering
4. Process implementation consulting
5. Service quality improvement through continuous process improvement

Job description:
• Establishing and executing strategic and tactical plans for a full scale implementation of the ITIL / ITSM framework across organization
• Manage assessments and analyze the current IT environment using standard assessment Methodology
• Designing and implementing processes (ITIL based) and functions in a large complex IT organization
• Managing and measuring processes compliance to established company policies/procedures, and lead continuous process improvement
• Should have good functional understanding of BMC Remedy/ITSM Tool
• Identify opportunities for standardization and improvement of processes and policies and implement best practices. Experience in leading process improvement projects
• Capable of developing and implementing new standard policies and procedures as well as improvements to existing policies and procedures
• Expertise in interfacing with internal/external customers, and global teams
• Comfortable and effective dealing with all levels within the organization, including Executive Management
• Ability to work through obstacles to achieve team success
• Makes effective decisions; acts decisively; anticipates future needs; and collaborates with team members to obtain their perspectives
• Demonstrates a positive attitude/energy, takes ownership, follows through, and delivers on commitments

Qualifications:
• V3 certification
• Experience of Operation & Strong documentation skills
• Exposure to ITSM tools
