My company has a position available for a Senior Analyst in IT Service Management. Information as follows. Please send me your resume if you're interested at


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.

EDUCATION: BS Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems, or equivalent formal training preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years work experience as an Analyst or equivalent position required.

Service Management experience. Change Management preferred.

Implementing Change Management processes and governance models preferred.

Lead Change approval boards preferred.

ITIL Certification preferred.

Software development experience utilizing SDLC methodologies preferred.

Proven experience in service management tools such as ServiceNow, BMC preferred.

Strong data analysis with ability to drive continuous improvement back into Service Management processes preferred.

Experience with deployment management, incident management, problem management preferred.
