Downtown DC office (on-site expectations, not remote)
Compensation: $90-110k +10% bonus, benefits, and relocation package (if needed)
We partner with and support companies who are implementing and upgrading Cherwell ITSM. The role is for a technically-oriented, people-capable Cherwell lover. Cherwell implementation, customization, manipulation, and upgrading skills are highly valued.

We have 30+ team members and get things done at a fast clip, faster than most start-ups and faster than all Fortune companies. This is not a place that is stale, boring, or conventional.
Scripting experience is critical; ie SQL Server, Powershell, MS Project Server, Shell, Korn etc. as well as Crystal Reports.
3+ years Post-Sales experience with Service Management implementation experience needed.
Knowledge and experience with Cherwell database systems.
Technical Pre-Sales experience presenting and demonstrating software is preferred.
BS/BA degree, MS desirable.
