What if I currently hold 14 points? I have all the intermediate v3 certificates apart from Service Strategy.Marianne Cherney wrote: ↑Fri Jul 12, 2019 11:08 amYou can take the ITIL 4 Managing Professional Transition Course if:

Thank you for the great question. Unfortunately, PeopleCert requires 15 credits plus ITIL 4 Foundation or 17 credits to go directly into MPT. PeopleCert is only offering the ITIl V3 exams in certain countries as of January 1, 2022. Let me know where you are located and I can find out if it is still possible for you to take Service Strategy.
