You can take the ITIL 4 Managing Professional Transition Course if:

1. Are an ITIL Expert (V3)
2. Have 17 or more credits from Foundation & Intermediate/Practitioner/Manager modules from previous versions.
3. Hold an ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate and 15 credits from the ITIL V3 Credit Scheme

What if I currently hold 14 points? I have all the intermediate v3 certificates apart from Service Strategy.

Thank you for the great question. Unfortunately, PeopleCert requires 15 credits plus ITIL 4 Foundation or 17 credits to go directly into MPT. PeopleCert is only offering the ITIl V3 exams in certain countries as of January 1, 2022. Let me know where you are located and I can find out if it is still possible for you to take Service Strategy.
