I need help. I failed my Service Strategy exam. I don't know how to study/review for a re-sit. I don't know what answer were correct or wrong. The only feedback that I got 'You failed'. Any help would be appreciated on how I move forward to pass at the next re-sit.
This is my third intermediate course (previous SOA and CSI). First exam failure. SS, material was not bad and the exam was frustrating.
. 2 questions on organization (coach said that most likely there won't be any and skimmed over it)
. 1 question on service portfolio (should have been easy)
. 1 question on DM
. 1 question on Strategy assessment
. 1 question on SPM
... can't remember the rest

You should be talking to the ATO that provided the course. It is their responsibility.
