It depends on whether you were referring to Australia as a political entity or an ethnic entity, I think.
But really it is just upside-down thinking.

Probably more a case of:
"a Service Management person, doing a presentation on culture - that has to be a first"
I'll be the first to acknowledge that many aussies wouldn't know how to recognise "culture" if it walked up and hit them on the head with a cricket bat.
