Hello everyone. Some time ago I've started to get more deeply into ITIL and what I've noticed is that it seems the whole ITSM market is quite dead. Not much is happening and I don't see too many interesting jobs. My question to all of you is quite simple -
What are key changes in the ITSM market that you believe will occur in the upcoming 2-5 years?
What are game-changers - new tools? new approach?
From my personal experience, I've noticed that ITIL V3 is still popular in V4 is not doing too well.
