We have a very good tool for running IT Service Desk however, it has a poor solution management module.
We currently store word and excel documents in EDMS (Corporate Document Management System) in some sort of structure and have our Technicians look fetch it from there when required.
I would like to know what Knowledge / Solution management system or process in their company.
I was debating having a site like Wikipedia or stick with in built Solutions module in Manage Engine's Service Desk Plus.
