Hey everyone. I just got an assignment that I'm not sure how to tackle. I am looking for real life customer requirements that lead to building a project management plan with respect to ITIL. I need to find a customer (whoever) that clearly identified their requirements and built a project management plan around them. Please contact me if you have a project management plan with requirements and ITIL lingo

If this is a school assignment, do your own work.
That is the only way you will learn
