Hello,
I am looking to get in touch with someone that has had experience with ChangeGear. I have utilized BMC Remedy and Service Now, but this new tool seems very immature compared to what I've used before. Specifically, I am attempting to leverage fields for templates, but am unable to. Also, how to add additional fields or remove fields is alluding me. Advice?
