Please could you offer your opinion on a channel only white labelled support service? What makes it good, bad.. terrible? your experiences?

Resold and rebranded to sit behind a particular IT reseller, marketed as their own service, sold to end users.

1st -5th line support. All the usual particulars... web portal, marketing etc etc

I would be really greatful for your opinions.
