Best help/service desk platform?

I have evaluated many service/help desk platforms. my top option is freshdesk/service. However there is some limitations;
can't change or add ticket types
can't change/remove CI items or change the icon

is there a great alternative to Freshdesk/service, that has gone integration, price and ease of setting up. Also with the same good look and feel?

Well if you evaluated a lot, what did you evaluation find

The issue is that what you use as critieria may not be the same criteria used for everyone else

also never heard of it

Happyfox is simple and intuitive helpdesk software which is viable alternative to freshdesk. It includes all ticket features like adding, changing ticket status, priorities, due date etc.
