Hi ITIL Community
if someone just passed the ITIL V3 Foundation exam
is it worth it to continue getting V3 Credits and become an ITIL expert or it's better to ignore ITIL V3 and start with V4?
Please Help me !!!
many thanks in advance

Here are some things to help you make your decision:
1. ITIL V3 content makes up 60 to 70% of the Managing Professional Track.
2. ITIL V3 courses are solid and available to take today.
3. ITIL V3 exams are less expensive than the ITIL 4 advanced classes ($399 versus $469 each).
4. Once you take the V3 intermediates and receive 17 credits, you can jump straight into the ITIL 4 Managing Professional Transition course and with one course and exam you receive the ITIL 4 Managing Professional designation.
As of today AXELOS has said that V3 exams will be available through June 2020. If you have time to study now, then start with V3. Hope this is helpful. Let me know if you have any questions.
