Rollback Plan Template

Hello,
You asked this question a long time ago, but in case you didn't get a reply, I would offer that a roll back should "un do" all of what was done to implement a change. In other words, the roll-back plan should mirror the implementation plan steps and activities, just in reverse order.
For those activities before and after the change (notifications, updating tickets and other basic administrative activities performed in a change, those likely will stay in the same place depending on the change and if the change were associated with a larger release or major change (then there probably is more administrative activities).
The question is, do you have and use a well documented implementation process and supporting plan templates? If you have those, your roll-back plan should be easy. If you don't, start their and the roll-back will be fairly simple.
